been on the news all over site and in the brew room. should over time contribute to holiday pay. if so how ? working 40 hours earning 0.5 holiday credits just say or working 80 hours a week and earning 1 holiday credit a week or working 7 days and earning 0.7 ?

This is a load of b0ll0x, how can you expect to be compensated for working overtime when you've probably asked to do the over time anyway, and then been compensated for sacrificing your time WITH EXTRA MONEY, e.g time and a 1/3 time and half or double time. If you want to spend time with your family a or doing your own thing, DON@T DO THE B4ST4RD OVERTIME!!! FFS European court of f@#%ing D@#Kheads. All this is going to do is produce another generation of money hungry, leach type, scum bag solicitors that will take on a case on a no win no fee basis and shaft everyone again! The industry is just about getting back on it's feet after years of ***** and this will **** it again. All because of 2 greedy feckin sparks!!

might signal the end of overtime, would be cheaper to take on extra bods at normal rate.

I think you might be right Fred. Sounds like an agency dream to me.

Most guys will not get asked to do overtime , so they will end up working on other firms at weekends so we will all end up working for each other , one big happy family :love::love::love:
