Silly question!

We started up last year and have been doing mostly street work, we price all our work by the linear meter.

We've been asked to price a few birdcages recently and rather than me just throwing a random figure at them I want to sort my m3 rate out.

How would say £10 a linear meter convert into m3 price?

I need to sort the same for towers on a rising ft as well as at the moment we are just charging linear and it's working out too cheap! :embarrest:

Thanks for your help!

Hope your not charging £10 a linear really. Work your linear metre rate on jobs that require it. Other jobs look at what's involved and how long to put up and take down etc in days. Work out what you want in a day rate work out fuel from your yard, cover your ass if it needs a drawing then throw the price at em.
Win some and lose some

try looking at your wages revenue for the specific job if theres not enough meterage to cover your wages guesstimate it for a profit bad practice but don't run at a loss or fall even on jobs always price high go for it
