good and bad everywhere
what do you class as good?
IE throwing up measure
or an industrial scaff who has to be squeeky clean with his barriers and every fitting with a nipple and nothing sticking out more than 3inch.
or is a guy that can make system work in with more or less everything

You won't get better than industrial scaffolders who wear boiler suits and rigger boots. More companies should employ them.
