Additional Hire Period

Don't suppose any of you chaps would have a template of generic terms and conditions regarding additional hire costs you could email me?

The guy is sound and I explained before the job went up that if he went over four weeks he would be charged 10% of the cost of the job pw.

I've no reason to believe he won't pay but he's a month over now and I want to bolster the invoice I'm firing his way.

you don't need one mate you stipulated your terms an conditions over hire is ,as you have stated 10% keep it short an sweet less paper work if this is stated on your t&c your covered

Invoice him weekly thats what i do at the end of the day all you probably want is the job down and up again earning money and a weekly invoice soon reminds them how much is totting up
