I wanted to post a comment but unfortunately due to the letters **** appearing in the town S****horpe the threads are blocked here.
If they need 100 men from an agency for Harsco doesn't that mean Harsco will have to have 750 of their own on the cards men on the same project if NASC rules apply?
 
Don't think so as Cannock is a all agency site and that's the way most of there sites are going

If they're on a long term maintenance contract i thought they get audited and membership for that site.i used to work for interserve and they two long term contracts near where i live and they had to be audited and are on the nasc website as members for the site addresses
