I have just been on to a website and found a manual for a haki staircase surley I must be able to use this for my file for the health and safety

it wouldnt open for me there steveo dont know said some crap about out of date site or something;)
 
'steveo south east' I've never really been asked to further design anything with regards to any propriety system, be it Handrails, Loading Bays or Staircases. There are very limited ways you can actually put them up, so therefore I'm pretty sure as long as they are erected as intended, you'll be fine.
 
That is one of the main advantages of using system, it has already been designed and needs no further input as long as it's in scope with your manufacturers training and guidance. In other words, if it's in the handbook, you can build it. We quite often build our loading bays from system for this very reason.
