Hi guys, I've been asked to price up for labour only, but I haven't got a clue where to start, it's 3 connected houses, some of which are is independent and some that is putlog, brickwork is 212 feet round with all sorts of ****** returns, it will be 3 lifts, any tips please

Thanks Greg

Yes they are reliable and the gear they have is good, I have done bits for them before but just on hourly rate

labour only get 2 good lads that can bang the work out see them ok and put some or 1 dead man in the back of book and make sure you got some cash flow in front for wages untill the payments come in

Add the day rate you wanna get per man + 20% for tax then add ur fuel bill for gettin to site & 20% for your profit shouldnt be too far off

Having revised my old prices from 1980s Yorkshire after joining this forum,I would advise £100 a square mate.
