FIRE-fighters rescued a man who had fallen from scaffolding into a dry dock in Hull.

The 40-year-old casualty was assisted at a location on Lime Street at about 1.26pm today.

Fire crews used a basket stretcher and rope rescue equipment to pull the man out and he was cared for by paramedics.

It is not yet known how badly injured he is or where the accident happened.

I hope the lads ok , and remember lads when you pass a fireman with a bucket to throw the odd £10 -or £20 in there bucket
