Scaffolding Business Wanted to Purchase.
Budget of 20k for purchase of lorry and materials needed asap for small new company starting in early Jan 13. Willing to clear yard free of charge and willing to travel.

20K is not going to get you much of a business but it will get you a half descent truck and some material. Is that all you are really wanting?
 
Much what I was thinking myself lmk. If you have 20K on kit and truck how much is in the budget for insurance and all the other drains on your funds?
