Its so they can pay self employed people otherwise they would all hav 2b on the cards which alot of firms dont like..also enables them 2hire and layoff anytime as its not the firm directly employing u!! In the contract u HAVE 2sign 2b paid its states they do not hav 2offer u work that any employment u do undertake can b ended immediatley if needed.
