Scaffolders - Basic / Advanced / Chargehand / Foreman
Requirements
All applicants must have a valid CISRS Basic Scaffolding card, valid offshore survival, Minimum Industry Standard Training (MIST) and an offshore medical. We are recruiting Basic, Advanced and Chargehand Scaffodlers preferrably with offshore experience. Ad-hoc positions available with the potential for further work.

Wont there be any chance l get of got all my offshore tickets been offshore befor doing shotblasting and industreal painting. Ps now l have done my part 2 scaffolding just waiting to do my 1 day assment in the mean time wont l get off

Probably not James Hunter. Until you have done your assessment you are not considered a qualified scaffolder which is what they are looking for.
Maybe they should start looking for COMPETENT qualified scaffolders?
 
they need 500 men to fill long term and short term contracts as i was told by the southern sector area manager
 
it is for the southern, northern, central and morcambe bay projects
 
that made me think about a rig i was on in the dutch sector , we had a small smoking room with a tv that played porn 24 hours a day, one of those tiny rigs , there was about 15 people , after 4 days i was ******* cracking up , porn in the mornin ,porn at lunchtime,porn at dinner , but it was dvd's , on the 5th day i stole them all and had a stand off with a big fuckin german who , well lets just say he liked porn , i had to give them back id no chance

I was offshore when Bin laden blew up the World Trade Centre. The next morning all the scaffs were watching porn when a very posh abseiler walked in to the TV room.
"Oh no I cant believe you scaffolders are watching porn when the world may be on the brink of a 3rd world war. We ahould be watching the news" said the abseiler.
All the scaffs replied in one voice "Fu** Off". Which funnily enough the abseiler did.
 
Scabseillers are my pet hate,fecking hillwalking tossers who do a 2 day appreciation course and think they are riggers,sparks,painters,and any other thing going as long as theres not a breeze in the air if so theyre on their arses having competitions to see who has got the most pockets in their stupid combat trousers.:mad::mad::mad:
 
yer its is Genie 500 hundred men well good luck to them haha 500 men, mind no new starts as there havent the experiance but then again all the new starts to **** jobs morcomb bay were the pund is week
