Checking swing stages

Can anybody tell me if you need to be qaulified to inspect a swing stage? And does anyone have a check list i could use thanks
 
full inspection and tag required norm by the company that puts it together / Pull test on the is required also if its a temp system
 
Ok so do you need to have a ticket to erect and inspect a cradle,looked on google cant find any info
 
i'm sure theres a seperate ticket for cradle work and it comes under the riggers domain also i would have thought it verges on the need for a LOLA inspection ticket at the least as its a mechanical device lift a man, the same as it would it would be for a hoist,although its possible that seperate manufatures training as a competant person would surfice
