Welcome to the forum, Get a list of scaffolding companies in your local area and go and see the supervisor/contracts manager in person, you will get a lot of knock backs but if you try long enough a door will open, Good Luck

But, be warned... Scaffolding is hard atm. Theres no work out there and rates are not getting better, as they should be.
