Cape just seem to be going on with the
4 weeks still at the moment. And we ain't heard
Anything else up to now
And our holidays year runs from dec/ dec
If there going to be any changes pretty sure
RBG will be the 1st with the others following
Hopefully nothing changes the whole thing is a
Joke anyway

the oca agreement is still 4 weeks but apache have got round this by not signing the OCA agreement"i think".
the case that was lost was fought on behalf of catering staff(non oca agreement)and drillers,the fact that the iol companies won is a warning that they will assault the rest of the offshore workers.
the 4 weeks holiday was given under revue and can be resinded at any time.
Cape will not pay 4 weeks holiday if they are not getting payed out,nor will anyother outfit.
LETS NOT KID OURSELVES ON THEY ARE ALL OUT TO MAKE MONEY FROM OUR TOIL,AND NOTHING MORE NO MATTER HOW THE COMPANY PR POSTERS PUT IT.
