Not sure who the scaffolders is but there is not enough k frames in that bay. Looks like 8 mtr either side so there should be 4 x k frame 5 x diagonal brace and 5 x brace on bottom cord of beam. ...

I would of thought the streets of Blackburn would be littered with them, now that all the wheels have come off.

Main contractor is Aura conservation from Stockport.

I have customers that work on £20.00 to £25.00 per sq mtr but they own their own roof system, so one you have covered your roof hire price you could start there.
