How is the old SCCR going?
I think it can be proven - so long as a structural transom is installed either side of the splay; usually within 0.3m from the node.
Wrong thread!
I doubt they’d fit in a letter box, mate.
You get confused, don’t you.
You’re about 4 weeks behind the rest of the industry, mate.
So you decided to fix a load-bearing component with a non load-bearing coupler?
👍🏻
A scaffold with 3-inside boards requires design under TG20:13, so the question is essentially pointless.
I would except a bridal tube to be fixed with load-bearing fittings, nevertheless....
Has this ‘hit the headlines’ yet? 😐
You need to get out more.
Nobody cares
Thank you for your appraisal.
I think it's a fair assessment.
I'm deaf in one eye.
Absolute nonsense. Anyone working within the scaffolding industry & promoting these accusations should be ashamed of themselves. I read in the Metro that it was some fat idiot and his blokes, who...
Can we PLEASE have an update on the MAYHEM & PANIC that these revelations from Victor Meldrew have caused.
If I wanted sarcasm I would speak to my children.

You are just another bitter-sounding also-ran, who understands nothing about...

Stating “A recent Scaffolding Industry Magazine has picked up on this and so far it has gone under the radar” is a fairly bold statement, considering it’s been on the CISRS...
More incorrect nonsense.
More inane nonsense.
No, not all.
That would be an engineer then; not a few clueless idiots second-guessing!
Another pointless thread.
Jesus wept.
CITB instructors are just failed scaffolders. The ones at Erith have always been clueless.
