Sorry Paddy i don't agree


If your searching for a Scaffold job say , you must be a Scaffolder or interested in becoming one .

Bots are used to get your site noticed and top of the search engines and that is how your found , the rest is recommendation or word of mouth from others .

I say hide all forums from all trolls and make them sign up
 
Check the tag list for amount of members with no posts, not sure what making them sign up would actually achieve. We remember the debachle of plenty on here with dodgy monikers.:mad:
 
think the freedom of choice seems better to me if they want to join then they will join as aom said you have to view before you buy,barring people from viewing isnt the way forward for me.
 
there is a lot of pepole on here who have been members for 18 months to 2 years made 1 post and never seen again.
 
It doesnt take much to participate in this forum you can come on and educate yerself because there are some very knowledgeable scaffs on here,but there is also some cracking banter.
I generally find a few cans of the old nelson mandella gets me enough bravado to post hence the spelling mistakes

Not a breeze to be had, stars and a forecast for 22 degrees tomoz.

I have a ready camp kit just for myself, waiting to go, 2 man tent etc.......... Dylan is with his Dad. However, had a wee beer or 2 while deciding if 'Walking or 'Glamping'. too late now.........pished or nearly there, plus Rugby tomorrow.:love:

Things at our place are quite 'Dire' at the Minute. Paying off left right and centre, all trades. 'Subbies with system taking all the new sites. Good lads, but experience????????

From 36 'Scaffs 'down to 6 3x2 man squads this side of the river.

My point being, if i get bladdered, cant see me ever getting another 'Cards in' job on the 'Elsies', my views and opinions that i have posted have NOT, been heresay they are my views, so if my CV dont fit, so feck.

Quite like the idea of 'Shelf filling at Tesco's@ on nightshift' .

I thought you did have to register to see the jobs section, which would account for so many members and so few posters.

State your opinion, give your views, comment on anything in the news........if you don't want to be a politician, you don't need to lie ;)

if you want to be a politician you just dont need to answer questions even ehen your asked on live tv,just skirt round them.
when on one in company i often say ive got the answers but no cant really wants to hear them.on this site ive posted a couple of them.

I agree.

Let be honest... if you was a w@nker, then everyone would find out, via the firms and bosses you work for.
Same thing if your a bad boss, Scaffolders speak and its a small world.

Just here, its known and in black and white, where other places its all done on the quiet and stuff.
Being truthful and having an opinion doesn't hurt. - Im sure that alot of people think im a prick - Oh well, such is life.
In fact, some people earn a VERY good wage, doing so. :)
