After TUPE employer is removing tea break, is this possible ? HELP !

Easy boy's, the lads just telling you what it's like over with him, no bragging involved.

Me personally has always enjoyed the graft and looking to get ripped in but still need my 10 O'Clock and 1 O'Clock dinner, just always been that way and always will, you can be a grafter put the steel away and still have a cup of tea ffs.

I usually erect a 8x8 tower then go and have a break. Obviously the length of the tea break depends on how long it is before the tower falls over.

Tea Breaks are overated in my opinion especially if theres no Jammy Dodgers

Not bragging ? mmmm maybe not, I Was alluding to the ( some people get it to easy ) part of the post,,,,,

As for your 10 o'clock ??? I'm at my peak then,,,all downhill from there aom !!

He is a young lad that has not had a lot of experience working in other area's, it was just an expression of surprise.

I must admit, I do go down hill earlier in the day with every passing year.
 
Hey mate as long as all the jobs on the job sheet are completed each day in a safe and correct manner it wouldn matter if i was home at 12....whether it b erecting or striking i would of earnt his money and my wages...its just the way it works..cant c the point of plodding all day wen i can get done and get away and no im not saying u plod all day either...its hard graft but u get out of wot u put in!!!
 
As a back up we took a flask dont know if there still available might have to shell out for 1
which could cause another argument,but we always had volunteers filling it when on streetwork,contents were suspect from some providers but KAY SER RAH i think thats how you spell it.

start at 8 first break 9.30-9.45. dinner 12.30-1pm finish 4.30.

reality. start at half 8 ish first break 9.20-10am dinner 12.20-1.10pm. feck off half 3 ish ;)

first off you have no idea of my situation, no it dosent make me a greta scaffolder what make me that way is the way i am nothing to do wityh working long hours, but still wouldn't say am great at all, as for spinles the amount of times av had it out with the gaffers alone while the lads have stood back about hours working us till 29 mins past the hour and then saying that it lads gettint that 10-14 mins out of us every night and get shot down by the gaffer and the lads you wouldnt have a clue. there response is if you dont like it you know what you can do .... what do you say to that when every oppertunity you have tried to get has been slapped back in you face coz you have 3 older bros that have fekd it right up for you, took me 3 years to get on for this frim after them having my bros work for them got finished from 1 job coz 1 of my brothers had a barny with a gaffer and 2 days later i have my notice. was unemployed for 9 month worst days of my life left our lass as we couldnt afford anything school trips for larl fella litrally on our arses and i wasnt take form him or her no more so walked man you have any idea how hard that was marra do you fek so to tell a gaffer to fek it and ened up in that situation again ad rather kill. who says am bragging two break in an 8 hour shift? arnt you are only entitled to 15 mins per 4 hours worked for in an 8 and half our shift you only intitled to 30 mins ,
you lot have it so easy marra that all am saying am living week to week fek me am on first name terms with wonga.com ffs so dont even thing about judging me you not im my shoes nor could you feking fill the feckers marra,

lpol i dont came threw the door tonight and the kitchens piss wet threw only been in a few weeks the lad hwo put it in took radiator off but never capped it just turned the vavle off the vavle will be about 30 years old lol and just open up me marra had all me gear and then when i got it all back had to knock something up to go on ened of valve but with not doing it for so long just had bits form diffrent thigns instead of having 1 cap end for the pipe its now around 1ft with bits ptfe tape all over it but its stopped and then whent to go out and the starter motors gone in the feking car :mad::mad:

cheers for that marra i will be doing so but not in this county will be in lancashier or in the smoke late jan feb and as late as march just when all the paper work comes threw for our lasses job there
