Beams up right way?

So if your hanging off beams or building off em,Is there a right way up. curious about the compression ,tension explanation? Was thinking hanging = compression. or is compression the same.
 
I think if you made lads coming into the game work out how to span,pull back and hang stuff then more educated scaffs with design experience who understand forces and can apply that knowledge would be beneficial to everyone,I ain't scared of design input and the sh1te will be outed as in our game

They do on my courses.! They also get it on assessment,
 
Thanks sss ,online tuition,next week ill be setting up as a design engineer. And no one checks for tickets:cool:
 
CISRS has a set standard as set out with the fixings association in regards of TG4. That criteria is always followed.

Everybody's face when they realise you cannot put Hilti rings with bullets into brickwork is class. But that is another thread. I suggest you continue to advanced level Joe then we might let you fasten your shoe laces.

Generic answers generic drawings and I bet you send lads out to inspect the work of lads you failed to train properly ,because your getting two grand a time guaranteed from the govn to churn as many people through your doors,with no responsibility for lack lustre training resulting in accidents,,,and you have the cheek to have a go at Alan Reese,,,,your part of the biggest problem in scaffolding cash cow no responsibility training centres driving wages down by flooding the job market with inexperienced naive and unsafe scaffs!
 
I have a few forum members using me just for training.

I bet you put excellent on your evaluation form at the end of your last course. Where did you do it by the way and who with?

I could work for a hell of a lot more money than I earn. Do not bring cash into this as people whom actually know me know about my philosophy in regards of training the next generation. They graft and learn loads.

thats what i was trying to find out if a beam top cord is in compression does it go 1 way round and if a beam bottom cord is in compression does it go the othetr way round like alan said last brace up is that for top cord compression or bottom cord compression ? if this makes any sence any 1
 
Shouldnt get personal lads,just general observations,and a cracking thread.
 
Also joe if you have an issue in regards of pull testing why haven't you sorted this problem out by now. Oh yes I forgot you a lazy bugger who thinks everybody should come knocking at your door offering you the world.

Didn't actually,and funny how your instructor hands you those forms before your pass or fail,your not coming across too well here for a man involved in a service of safety training,quite arrogant in fact,had a similar discussion with another training provider,every person of influence in our industry needs to get a grip of people who think they can arrogantly hand out training with no comebacks for innadequecy or knowing of a flaw in that training,I've informed you of the pull test problem,you don't act on it and one comes down I hope its traced all the way back to you ]

I follow every bit of criteria if you have any concerns then I suggest you take it up with the proper people and stop typing ***** on a keyboard. Have you gained a qualification yet?
 
I knitted that hat on that pic on your avatar,how's that for training knob rot ! What's this judgement on people with no qualifications,surely that's your target market,bet if your business partners read this they just want you to stop alienating half the population !
