Ben using them for years with the leads and transformer, anyone use the battery ones and if so which is value for money cheers big witts:idea:

We switched to the cordless TE 6-A a few years back and won`t be going back to lugging transformers and leads around in a hurry .

Worth every penny imo

cheers topscaff will have a browse and see what there like

had a hilti for years its a bit ruffer looking now but it still works like knew, in my opinion hilti is without doubt the best for design, longetivity durability value for money, they may cost few quid more but def get what you pay for

We use them all the time the new ones charge to full in less than an hour much lighter weight, but take care our lads had a couple nicked when they left em on backs of wagons and both of em wer 2 weeks old

a mistake that wont be repeated

We use the battery one as well, but do give some thought to the right drill bit
got a three pronged carbide tipped bit that cuts though like butter and lasts a lot longer

yep the bits make a diffrence andf if you set up an account with hilti they have a great back up service and all your purchases are registerd and you will find they will give the best deals as its direct

We use mostly Hilti gear but have bought a couple of Panasonics to compare. So far the reports are good, well built, tough and a shed load more money cheaper.
