Fall from unsafe scaffold leads to HSE prosecution

A Tyneside construction company has been fined after a worker suffered serious injuries following a fall from unsafe scaffolding.

The company was interserve Who erected the scaffold I know this because I priced the job before I left and was interviewed by the HSE, anyway the inspection was down to an independent company that failed to inspect the scaffold correctly not sticking up for interserve by any means in fact the total opposite. But can't say to much as still under caution I think.

But surely an inspection is only valued at the time of inspection anything could get altered or moved afterwards, looks like someone has be moving tubes and the result is a man who may never be the same again , when will people learn to leave the scaffold alone
