Last years tax return I saved all receipts....

but when I handed them in to the accountant he did a quick tax return and never even used any of them whatsoever.

I had 7 years worth of TR's to sort out so he just took it upon himself to dismiss my expenses for last year and rush it all through.

My question is, Can i resubmit these expenses and have my 09/10 Return looked at again?

The answer to your question is yes, you can ammend you 09/10 return...in fact, if you registered with us, we could ammend your last 4 years if required.
