Update: 11:04 a.m. -- The worker was conscious, and transferred to Beth Israel Hospital. Work stopped until OSHA arrived for an investigation. The company was New England Scaffolding.

Boston Fire's Steve MacDonald says the man fell from the 6th floor to the 4th floor. He says the man was banged up, but did not suffer any serious injuries.
(NECN) - The Boston Fire Department says that scaffolding has collapsed at 10 Vining Street.

Boston police report that one person fell 30 feet, and their condition is unknown at this time.

Boston Fire's Steve Macdonald says he's not sure at this point if it fell on the person, or if they were on the scaffolding when it collapsed.
