There is a couple of different things kicking around cyberspace but for the real deal I'm afraid you have to dig pretty deep and have a good reason for having it.

firstly there is no such thing as a scaffold design software, generally it is an autocad type program and by using other programs aswell you can design a job and sort kit out quotations etc etc
