National Insurance Number

Has anyone got any info on how to apply for a national Insurance number and
do they issue a temporay number when you apply for one??

Any info would be much appreciated..

Have you not worked in UK before ?? Contact inland revenue youl need details of birth ect

No havent worked in UK before, wondering does it take long to receive a number.
