Struggling to see where the ties are? All that bent tube as well :-( Not a pleasant thing to see happen to a fellow firm :-(
 
looks like its new tube as well. OUCHH!

Must be more to it i think, don't look like there's any ties in it, but yet they've put deadmen on the stop end toeboards, and used 2 doubles on them, why go to the effort with little things like that and then not tie the thing?
