The simplest scaffold for a commercial building I've seen!

Thought it might be "Health and Safety gone mad" (no ladders) , but it looks like from the sign "Italian Decor" that the facade (which appears to be a restaurant) is being replastered Italian style.

Still, are these jobs the bread and butter most of the time or bordering on too small to be really profitable? :)

Hi Trevor, built many jobs of comparable size and smaller. Doesn't matter if a job like this is profitable or not, it's all about keeping the client happy, his next job could be a block of flats somewhere. The ladder is another issue, I wouldn't include a ladder from the pavement on any job, too many issues with public access. The bracing is another issue, you just can't leave bracing like that in place on a street job, plan brace and ties would sort that out. Sometimes a job this size can create more problems and issues than a far larger job.
 
The corner outside leg looks quite close to the edge of the steps
 
**** me man prices must be going up !
 
Time to relocate , would be lucky to get 250 down here , life would be great if had 5 a day like that !!!
