Hi lads just wondering whats the average price people is charging for new builds per meterage?

Hard to say, everybody is always under cutting everybody,I always had a starting price of £60 a square.

I was young, noticed other people charged 80 quid a square so I used to go in at 60,my uncle owned Selby scaffolding so used his gear.

I understand that mate but how did u work the price out for £60 a square meter?

A square is 10ft by 10ft in the smoke;)

And at £60 a square is below half price, even oop north:eek:

Stan about 9 square meters to a Square , so £60 a square is around £6.66 a square meter

£12/15 per metre per lift (2 storey) putlog on brickwork measurements.
£16/20 per metre per lift (1 storey) putlog on brickwork measurements.

Lots of variables in my opinion on new build. So I price according to who it is, where it is and whats involved and do you need the work.

I hate pricing nowadays...
