Scaffold collapse on video in West London

Looks like edge protection wrapped in debris netting. Don't know anything more than that really this random guy caught it on video and that's all we know at the moment....
 
That woman walking her dogs was lucky, she came from behind the van which was just missed by the long tube as it hit the ground..
 
That was Admiral's. they put the handrail on clips on the outside. Stacked a load of gear on it. it was picked up of excaliber ties off the wall, they gave way.. they are lucky the temporary roof was picked up of that a day before, could have been a lot worse!
That's what happens when you hire a load of men for £80 a day and get rid of the lads that know what they're doing
