If you have any questions or concerns regarding safety in the use, application and setup of the scaffolding, notify immediately.

General Rules for scaffolding use:


The wheels must be locked and rigid before climbing on the scaffolding.

Persons using the scaffolding keep their center of gravitation above the scaffolding.

Scaffolding shall not be moved with someone on it.

Scaffolding construction shall include all pins, braces and bolts.

Planks and walk boards shall always be at least 36 inches below the top of the scaffolding.

People shall not work below or in the fall-zone of the scaffolding.

Talking of Mobile Towers..................when we were doing the new terminal at Luton Airport (great job) 10 or 12 years ago ..... we watched in awe as two Painters pushed their mate along, who was on top of about five lifts of Moblie Tower!

At one stage the tower even went over about 15 degrees from the vertical........ but miraculously they managed to get it to the next beam they were painting and we didn't need to have a collection for a cretin :amazed:
