Not much gear in those Beams, but i usually over cook a job, lol.

Ladder not tied correctly, bracing missing on the lift below the Stack, total lack of any beef (Plan & Cross Bracing, Check Fittings and so on), at all in the Beamwork, lol.

To name a few. ;)

no ladder gate,or ties/rakers

At first glance,
Inadequate top chord ties to beam
Inadequate botton chord ties to beams
Inadequate plan bracing to beams
Bracing stops before top lift
Ladder too short
No evidance of ties or buttress
Beams propped of roof ridge
what looks like single standard picking up far end of beams
Lack of access to the boarded level at the springing level of the beams
No protection on what appears to be a HT live wire

I would guess if you could see the whole job live this list would be longer, p1ss poor scaff.

Where's this one flinty? Looks like one I saw in Milton a couple of weeks ago.

Is the ridge taking all the weight or are the beams picked up outside of the view? Either way the list is very long. (It looks like DSL paint)

Alan gets pretty much the rest of it :)

There is no tower the other side.

Yes Tok this was on your turf.... this was up last year, I've only just been able to put photos onto my PC so here is the offending scaffold.

The ladder from the ground was better, half a rung above the lift with no gate or anything on it.

Ledger bracing missing, wind brace missing, looks like the bay from the standard to the ridge is excessive, looks like a decent scaff missing when the job was going up!!!

Look on the bright side, the 3 inside boards were picked up.;)

mythbusters i love that as a refrence at work i ya feken can to right .... seen it on mythhbusters
