UKCG adopt and co-brand NASC scaffolding guidance (1 Viewer)

we knew it was always their aim ,just another step toward world domination, and another nail in the coffin for the medium size companies who financially cant take the jump up,and will now always be held back by this decision, never being able to go for the bigger jobs

their quote "The NASC encourages all scaffolding contractors to adopt this guidance as soon as possible in an attempt to move all scaffolding companies up to a position of current best practice, legislation and safety standards"

its just a shame that they dont distinguish between large and smaller companies to make it easier/cheeper, but then again if they did i surpose there goes the big boys club,
give it another few years and we'll be either forced to join or pack up

They are trying to make it like the 'Plumbing' trade, once you had to have been CORGI registered, now that is defunct, you must be Gasafe £$£$£$£$

CORGI AND GAS SAFE ARE THE SAME THING JUS A DIFFRENT BODIE RUNNING IT THATS ALL. THE THING WITH PLUMBING IF YOU DONT NEED TO BE QUALIFIED TO DO IT:eek:, YOU ONLY NEED TO BE A QULIFIED TO DO GAS AND THAT QULIFICATION COMES THREW GAS SAFE

I SUPOSE ITS LIKE PART 1PART 2 SCAFF CARDS ARE THE SAME AS CITY AND GUILDS LEVEL 2 AND 3 IN PLUMBING AND ADVANCED THE SAME AS CORGI ONLY DIFFRENCE IS YOU CAN NOT PUT SCAFFOLDING UP LEGALLY WITH OUT THE TICKETS. LIEK YOU CAN IN PLUMBING
