Scaffolding Surveyor – North London - £Excellent
The company
This role is with a specialist division of one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They have a reputation of being one of the most forward thinking construction companies in the UK. Their scaffolding division provides a comprehensive scaffolding service throughout London and the South East.
Requirements
You will be based in their North London offices but will be required to travel to various sites. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of the scaffolding industry.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Scaffolding Manager and working as part of a small management team you will be responsible for tendering and pre-contract negotiations of price, contractual conditions, contract administration/final account settlements, monthly cost/value reconciliations and forecasting.
The Individual
Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to work well as part of a multi-discipline team. Experience of working within the scaffolding industry is essential. You must have good commercial awareness and proven experience in undertaking internal and external valuation. A driver’s license is essential for this role.
