should standard guage tube be phased out?

i'm not suggesting all tube be scrapped overnight just any new tube purchased be the lighter guage higher strength type as used by lyndons. we save our joints the firm save on transport costs.
 
all about costs you know firms dont do that, untill its made law nice surgestion

I concur,where new acquisitions apply consideration should be given to light weight high yield Tube when replacing embargoed, redundant and or quarantined stock.

Logistics and Self Weight of Structures would benefit in General and Manual Handling in particular, I only wish this provision was available years ago eh Scaftek---mi feckin shoulders are neer fecked :eek:
