You cant supervise properly if your on the tools,tools on and your intent on doing the job at hand,if your getting mithered by other gangs or site agents or the phone or paperwork then you are not going to erect much,this sounds like they want a supervisor who'll erect enough to cover his own cost,just wont happen and whoever takes it good luck with that one:suspicious:
