Vacancy : Scaffolding Supervisor
urgently required for Oil & Gas Industry Sector in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience in Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation and worship activities. Preferably Oilfield experience.
Activities
• To follow up, supervise and ensure that Scaffolding Works are executed by assigned personnel, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 QMS procedures and HSE requirements and within the budget and time frame.
• To input, process and update MAXIMO Scaffolding Work Order to control Backlog in order to meet Integrity Compliance factor KPI.
• To ensure that all work orders properly close out with failure report and Booking of actual resources spent against correct GL Account.
• To Conduct Tool Box talk on weekly basis in order to ensure the PTW and other special precautions are met and all safety measures are implemented.
• To ensure that all requested scaffolding materials are inspected prior to off loading so that accepted materials are free from rust, damage, cracks, warps, knots, fish plate damages.
• To obtain Approved Third Party Valid Verification Certificates for all Scaffolding materials, load bearing clamps, load pulleys, tool bag.
• To ensure certification of Scaffolds prior to use and if any alterations effected.
• To prepare HSE Statistics includes safe man-hours, near misses reported, preventive and corrective actions taken and close out of incident reports and maintain record, copy to HSE Dept.
• To implement Company Waste Handling procedures for waste segregation, packaging, transporting and safe disposal of construction waste generated from In-house and outsourced civil projects.
