The email contact seemed strange as it points to another company Cranbourne homes.
It all points to a one man band outfit or small family affair. Either way I would give it a miss.
Just a note a whois lookup of website companies often shows if a company is properly registered with legit phone numbers, contacts addresses VAT registry etc.
