These agencies seem to be dropping their rates by the minute.
3 years ago the average rate paid by these agencies were 15 pounds an hour in Manchester, 2 years ago 14,then 13.50 last year , now this?
Soon they will be offering less than a cards in lad and are using the slackness in the trade as an excuse to lower their rates.
