Our client is a major service provider to the offshore industry renowned for excellence in both projects and training provision.

Your job is to deliver excellent training in an engaging way.

This will include delivery of scaffolding training courses both in a classroom and practical environment, examination of the training process and offering ideas for improvement, coaching and mentoring people within training courses and tracking , through IT systems, future training needs for the business.

Therefore, we need someone with experience and training in scaffolding with a desire to work in a training role.

You could be working in a teaching environment at the moment either within a college or training provider in a scaffolding subject , a scaffolder, scaffolding foreman or scaffolding site manager who would like a move into a training role or a current scaffolder or supervisor working offshore with SG410, Harness Awareness, TG20, Cuplock or Gin Wheel tickets.

This job offers an excellent opportunity to make a first move into the O&G sector for someone in construction or engineering or someone working offshore who would like an onshore position.

The job is an initial 9 month contract with a view to extension or potential permanent position.

I would want personally speaking no less than £35K for that Job, 20k is a insult to your intelligence and qualifications. Stuff it Capes:eek:
