We are currently recruiting for a Scaffolder Supervision on Total SFS – Holland.

Suitable candidates must be proactive, provide supervision, direction and drive. Support for a Multi- National Team for Scaffolding, Painting and Insulation for Satellite Platforms- Offshore. Man Levels will be dictated as per operational requirements. To ensure a high degree of productivity is achieved and a high standard of work is maintained whilst controlling the quality of all specifications. This post will be hands on and will require the Supervisor to have the ability to carry out scaffold surveys and material ordering, read scaffolding drawings, erect all types of offshore scaffold, F91 register throughout the field.

Excellent communication skills; and can demonstrate appropriate competence, commitment, and attitude to deliver this multi task position together with competency and training certification as detailed below.

Candidates must also confirm and show total commitment regarding respecting, communicating and participating in the safety culture of the Company and the Offshore work environment.

Person Specification – Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes

At least two years experience in the role of Supervision managing Scaffolding with experience of Fabric Maintenance activities would be advantage.

CISRS -Advanced Scaffolding Card

Trained in ISSOW to PA Status

Capable of undertaking surveysExcellent communicator, with both verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy essential.

An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise.

Effective decision making capability.Knowledge of management information systems and reporting requirements.

Ability to lead, develop and motivate their team.

Ability to offer resolution to operational challenges.

Contribute and work effectively as part of a team.

Work Cycle – two weeks offshore two weeks onshore.
