Onshore? I am no detective but would assume it was offshore as they also require a barge foreman. But then again there has been a lot of recent flooding in Indonesia so who knows?

Lots of westerners have worked out there before. Thiess have some big projects there. The Batam fabrication yard is there that is building a lot of LNG modules and they have westerners. Also many Brit scaffs worked in Brunei which is very close.
