How do I get a pts card

Hi scaffs, how do I go about getting a pts card. I want to try and get as many cards as I can so if anyone could tell me how to apply plus the cost. Cheers scaffs

Ideally u need 2obtain a sponsor take a medical and drugs and alcohol test before u can do ur pts..all this should in total set u back around £500..a company called cleshar will sponsor u they are based in kent..i dont have the number so google it..sorry
