your right mate. been there 3 times now never lasted anymore than a month at a time. they promise you the hours till you get there. then it depends on what part ofplant your on, might end up with 38 hours. its just not a good place to work full stop.
 
Let me put you boys strait. There is Plenty of hours here at the moment but like Jai said it all depends where you are. Strike it lucky though and you can make plenty of wonga.
Management on the other hand are also a bit hit and miss they either like you or they don't , theres no in-between. As for Dsl all being a bunch of wankers I worked on a lot of firms and can say theres no more than any of the others ive worked on , There everywhere.
 
never a station iv had the pleasure of decromax,like you say theres bums everywhere if theres hours you just get the nut down and care not a jot of who or whats around you.
 
Decromax... do you still have the pleasure of billy rae there. Im not a big fan of theplace as i said been there 3 times. Probably go again if needs must.

make you right decromax you always get the clicky squads they dont like the new faces frightened your ave there jobs lol as for management some good some bad you always no the hit ones cause your moneys beter toss it off and are lazy it reflects in your wages come on now we all must no a lazy scaffolder lol!!!!!
 
i was there for 3 years with interserve,let me tell you i enjoyed every minute,
never had the pleasure of DSL,we left when they took over to go to DUNGENESS power station,wouldn't mind going back if i got the chance,like i said loved every minute.
 
maybe you will know my face mate. but as i said only stayed for short time everytime. worked with billy a few times. will prob end up back there again if couldnt get anything else. you never say never but its not my fav place.

I had the pleasure of him.
I know he was hard on the us, me and my mate Redeye got took of a shutdown to make room for others, let's say Redeye had a few words.
They were best mates after.
