asw are cool, been with them a year, but as the others said, there have been so many retards come and go in the time ive been here...Not one decent scaffolder has been sacked/let go...just the **** lazy retards who **** about!!... or take half a day to run in 20ft!! and get it wrong..im still on them, happy as you can be, pays ok, always ontime... btw! i have had a harness, hard hat, hivi and gloves!!!

do you guys not think the agencies are stealing enough money on you without having to pay for ppe when it is law to provide the materials to the emplyee ,, if you have ppe keep in in your bag and take what ever you can off the scummy agencies
