i.v been searching for the past few hours for scaffold inspector jobs and it would be
earlier finding a needle in a hay stack ? Dose this kind of work even exist ? If you know
where i could look .
I inspected 3 tower blocks, 159m each lift, 23 lifts, x 3 blocks = 69 lifts = 10.91 Kilometers or just over 6 miles. Imagine doing this evert day if you are on a large company, put it this way I WAS FIT.
I would not waste your time, thankless job and if your good at your job you will cost the company money and they will sack you like a dog, thats all these companies require is yes men.i would not give it a time of day.
You would also have to give TBT's and do KPI reports. You would be reporting to the Safety Manager. So a bit more to it than driving around in a van with a felt pen, giving the scaffold the once over and signing the tag. I am sure others on here may agree.
