65 year old scaff looking for work

hi im 65 and reasonably fit just been laid off but still wanna work even if its part time in the yard as cant erect scaffolding no more but will do anything else not ready for retirement yet and need to keep busy any london i live in se london

Welcome To The Forum Keith. I too am 65 this year and its difficult to get anyone interested in taking you on, just hang on in there and keep trying. good luck
 
forget the scaffolding old pal!! go in2 male escorting!! u must be fit all these years in our 'wonderful' job!, get out there with ur bute sprayed on and put ur self out for...say...?..... 50niker a sesh!!! you can do it!! uve bin 100ds of feet in the air!!! u can do this mate no sweat!! i hope ive helped!!!!
 
Guess this is a wind up, but some 60 year olds have the old school mentality, and work harder than a 20 something wan$%r who doesn't know the meaning of graft if it bit him on both ********.


I know a few who I'd have in a gang, no substitute for experience.... Got to say however, easier to take £8 an hour in B&Q and laugh at the sap whoo works for not a lot more and risks there life.

Just wanna say FairPlay too you,this world is full off lazy gitss these days,uv obviously grafted ur whole life youth of today could learn a thing or too of u.good luck!!!
