Scaffold Instructor x 4: The role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a fully qualified trainer or for a time served advanced scaffolder looking to down tools and pass their accumulated knowledge onto the next generation to join the UK's leading Scaffolding Training provider.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering Scaffolding courses both practical and theory.
With clear and concise communication skills, you will committed in helping the next generation of Scaffolders through the courses and support them when needed.
We ask for flexibility within this role, as travelling throughout the UK from time to time may be required, however expenses will be paid by the provider.
To ensure the safety and welfare of trainees, staff and visitors.
£32k-£37k (DOE & Qualifications) + £2.5k London Weighting

Scaffold Instructor x 4: The essentials.
Advanced Scaffold Certificate
Supervisory experience within the scaffolding industry
Full understanding of Working at Height related training and hold appropriate trade qualifications
Full UK driving licence and use of own car
Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Scaffold Instructor x 4: Your experience.
Advanced Scaffolding qualification
Extensive experience and occupational competence within the Scaffolding industry
Willingness to work towards teaching qualification if one is not already held.

Scaffold Instructor x 4: The desirables.
Teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS etc...) however full training will be provided to achieve this.
Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33..) would be advantageous but not essential.

Those who can't scaffold teach, those who can't teach teach scaffolders

Can't be that hard all you have to do is swear and repeat yourself 50 times cos most scaffolders can not follow instructions and always know better
