Sales Manager - Formwork / Civils / Precast Concrete
Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Formwork / Civils / Precast Concrete
Job reference Number: IT - J18700
Area to be covered: South East Based: London / Home Counties
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 (Neg. Depending on Experience) + Circa £90k Bonus

ROLE:
Responsible for sales of manufactured bespoke formwork, falsework, scaffolding and associated
Managing a team of 7 area / territory sales engineers
Experience of selling to specialist sub contractors, main contractors and taking the team into new market areas working with precast concrete manufacturers and civil engineering contractors
Develop, manage and improve sales performance of external sales team
Manage and expand key customer relationships within the territory
Responsible for an area turnover of approximately £30million per annum
Drive introduction of new product lines and provide excellent product training
Liaising with regional sales director, marketing, technical and stock control teams.
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrable track record in managing and developing a successful external sales team within the construction industry
Related building product experience with the likes of formwork, falsework, civil engineering products, ground reinforcement, piling, ground anchors, reinforced steel, trench systems, concrete, aggregates, precast concrete
Capable of managing key accounts at a senior Director level / high value level
Exceptional negotiation, commercial, key account management and communication skills
Track record of performing team sales performance
Experienced in sales to Main Contractors and ideally Civil Engineering Contractors
Driven, Dynamic, trustworthy, honest, customer orientated personality
