Just wondering what would be the best for street work , we have been asked to have one on site for a birdcage that's 6m high lol,
Our normal rescue plan would be pretty easy without a kit as the poor fella would be hanging a few lifts down from where he clipped on and we would just drag him onto the scaffold.
I always thought rescue kits where for an area there was no way to get to , like if you fell of a roof and where dangling on the side of a building :wondering:

I know you can get the kits where it on a pole system. I think it's called quandra or something like that. Sorry can't be more useful, never actually used one!

We have rollgliss although they have never be used. Not sure how they compare with others. An industrial job we do required us to have them and they provide there own men with training and equipment. When pete gwilliam from specialist training consultants was over training them we arranged for him to call at our yard and train us and we got the equient from them as well. Having the training was plus point

So how would it work with street work where you have several jobs on the go at once , would you have to have one on each job ?

As you said Phil most jobs you could rescue a man without the kit so if you buy one or two and take th to jobs that might need them. Ideally you should have one for every gang
