Scaffolding collapses onto primary school

I live in the town and we had high winds on the day that the collapse happened and I would guess that there were few, if any ties and a very high bottom lift. That together with sheeting and gusting high winds is a recipe for disaster.

bloody kids!,theyll do anything for a day off,good that no one was hurt.
